I love this album so much and feel really proud of not only how much work I put into it, but the intention behind it. 
Along this cancer 'journey', I am reminded that the people who fare the best have strong reasons for living. You might say “surely everyone has that!?” and you might be right, but this has been a really important point of focus for me. 

I finished my final mixes whilst undergoing my third lot of chemotherapy.
Some days I couldn't face going into the studio, but when I did, I found myself feeling joyous, maybe what people refer to as vibrating at a higher frequency-- I don't know. But this is me. 
This album is an extension of me. I haven't created it to make hits or gain fame (HAHA)- I have created this because I wanted the express all the beautiful, overwhelming, gratitude-filled ‘wonder’ that I now experience when I live each day. Creating music has always been something that flows through me- not a task that I over-think and try to make into anything in particular. It's intangeable, and I know that I'm not the only song-writer to share this sentiment. 

And now that it's out there, just knowing that someone listened to it, connected with it and maybe felt a little bit lighter, is all that I want.
